Yosemite/Tuolumne County Presents New Craft Burger Trail

February 28, 2024

SONORA, Calif., February 27, 2023- The chance to indulge in the most delicious burgers in Tuolumne County is here with the debut of the Tuolumne County Craft Burger Trail. Visit Tuolumne County saw great success in their Tuolumne County Craft Beverage Trail, like increased traffic during off-peak hours to participating businesses, so they decided to put together a food-themed trail. Working with the technology platform, Bandwango, Visit Tuolumne County researched top-performing trails, and competitive trails and landed on the idea of a Burger-themed trail. Lisa Mayo, Visit Tuolumne County's CEO & President, exclaims, “This trail is a fun and exciting way for us to promote our local restaurants. We hope that this trail encourages locals and visitors alike to get out and dine at our amazing restaurants.”

The Tuolumne County Craft Burger Trail now features seven restaurants including Andy's Mountain Grill, Emberz Wood-Fired Foodz, Local Press, Pine Mountain Lake Country Club, Priest Station Café, The Service Station, and The Standard Pour. It is a free service to be promoted on the Tuolumne County Craft Burger Trail and Visit Tuolumne County encourages all local restaurants to sign up by visiting, visittuolumne.com/burger-trail-submission. Mayo comments, “We have recently shifted away from a membership structure and are working on a partnership model. This is our first promotion featuring our partnership model and we are pleased to have restaurants that were not previously members of Visit Tuolumne County.”

Participating in the Tuolumne County Craft Burger Trail is simple. Patrons can sign up for the trail on the Visit Tuolumne County website, visittuolumne.com/burger-trail. From there, guests will be prompted to sign up for the pass by entering their personal information. They will then receive a text to download and save the pass to their mobile home screen. Then comes the fun part, when visiting participating restaurants, patrons will show their server the pass to redeem discounts and points. Every 600 points equals an entry into the Grand Prize drawing of a one-night stay in Tuolumne County and a one-hundred-dollar dining gift card. The winner will be drawn in December, so there is time to dine around and earn points. So, hop on the Tuolumne County Craft Burger Trail and enjoy Tuolumne County's unique burger creations from Gold Country to the High Sierra and even near Yosemite.
